Oza & Castle
Oza & Castle LLC is a veteran-owned consulting firm built on over 13 years of public health experience across civilian and military settings. We know what it takes to lead with purpose — turning complex challenges into clear, practical solutions.
Our work brings together strategy, community, and a bit of creativity to help organizations and individuals grow. Whether it’s designing stronger health programs, building partnerships, or getting ready for life’s next big step, we focus on what actually works — not just what looks good on paper.
Strategic. Practical. Effective.
We believe strategy should feel real, human, and doable — we don’t overcomplicate things
