The COVID-19 Project, 2020
Led campus-wide COVID-19 response efforts, achieving a 93% vaccination rate, containing ~75% of infections through quarantine and isolation protocols, and overseeing $10.2M in CARES Act funding to sustain testing, staffing, and PPE operations.
The Narcan Project, 2025
Founded and scaled a regional overdose-prevention initiative, training 670+ community members, distributing 350+ naloxone doses across 9 counties, and returning an estimated $24,530 in lifesaving supplies and education to the Brazos Valley—documenting 4 confirmed overdose reversals.
Breast & Cervical Cancer Project, 2025
Program coordination and clinical operations support for breast and cervical cancer screening services, focused on strengthening access, compliance, and workflow within a public health system.
